Camp Empire Lake will leave parents wishing they could go to camp again! Our camp is located in the breathtaking Catskill Mountains, in the town of Pine Bush, New York, approximately one and a half hours outside of New York City. It combines all the amenities of a traditional summer camp, as well as some unique and exciting extras that will make your child’s summer even more memorable.

Our beautiful, spacious facility is modern and comfortable, as well as private and safe. Your child will feel at home instantly in our insulated cabins with showers in each, linoleum floors and full size beds. Days will be packed between trips to our heated pool, neighboring lake for boating and water activities, 50 person-movie theater, and 40 elements high and low ropes course. We also have trails for nature walks and mountain biking, a large play ground with equipment and plenty of fields for team sports.

Think that’s enough? No way! We’re surrounded by woods for exciting paintball games, have a computer room for the occasional email home or work on the camp newspaper, a spacious arts and crafts studio and music room and a large outdoor bonfire circle with seating for all. We also have a weight lifting area, fully staffed health center, archery range, Go Cart track, and basketball and hockey court. Last but not least our large dining area has a huge, beautiful fire place for cold nights and will instantly make camp feel like a home away from home.
